Job Description

Victaulic is growing, and so is our finance group! We are looking for a finance professional with strong technical skills and aptitude, as well as solid financial analysis skills to join our team.  This position plays a vital supportive role in the monthly & year end close, yearly budget and five plan processes, by utilizing the CPM software to drive efficiency, control and best in class reporting capabilities.    
In this position, your main responsibility would be to maintain the CPM software, related to:
•Creating and maintaining user security and access rights, organization and entity structures, chart of accounts, mapping translations, reports and book sets, reporting categories for actual, budget, forecast, 5year plan, etc.
•Consolidation techniques and mechanism 
•Maintaining the cash flow mechanics
•Maintaining and reporting on intercompany eliminations 
•Studying the impact of FX on translation & consolidation
•Creating & maintaining duplicate test application 
•Generating on-demand analysis/reports for management
•Assisting/supporting system users

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is system savvy and has strong analytical capabilities.  The successful candidate should have a 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Data Analytics, a minimum of 2 years as a systems analyst or in an analytical role, as well as the following knowledge and skills:
•Prior in-depth working knowledge with any ERP system  
•The ability to spot anomalies and mistakes in financial statements  
•Advanced Excel skills (Advanced Access skills are also helpful!)
•Experience with building and maintaining financial ad-hoc reports is desired 
•Experience working with any consolidation system software like OneStream, HFM, Hyperion, etc. is also desired
•Experience with AS-400 (BPCS) and M3 (Lawson) is an asset
